Partial Refunds

90-Day Cancellation Window

Annual registered agent service may be cancelled within 90 days of renewal for a prorated refund of the unused portion. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Montana state filing fees paid to the Secretary of State
  • Completed document preparation and filing labor
  • Rush or expedited processing fees
  • Orders where Montana plates have already been issued
