HMMWV Registration provides Montana vehicle title and registration services for military vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, trucks, and other qualifying vehicles. We act as a registered agent facilitating the Montana county clerk filing process on behalf of our customers. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Montana Department of Justice or any county clerk's office.

Service fees are quoted at time of purchase and are non-refundable once filing has commenced. Montana county fees (title fees, registration fees, and any applicable plate fees) are paid directly to the county clerk and are separate from our service fee. We collect county fees on your behalf and pass them through at cost with no markup.

We will notify you before charging if we foresee any issue that may prevent registration, such as vehicles with active federal DEMIL holds, certain salvage titles, or liens that cannot be resolved. You will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund before filing commences.
Standard conditions: Refunds are also available if you cancel before filing has commenced. Once your vehicle is successfully registered and documents are on file with the Montana county clerk, the service fee is earned. If a filing is rejected due to incorrect or fraudulent information you provided, the service fee is forfeited. We will re-file at no additional service charge if the error was ours.
Standard turnaround is 2–4 business days from receipt of all required documents. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by county clerk workload, incomplete documents, or lien issues are outside our control. Rush service is available at additional cost when specified at checkout.
License plates and registration documents are shipped via insured carrier to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier once a tracking number has been issued. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
HMMWV Registration's total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost use of a vehicle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Montana.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.
